Day Of Coordination
LPA offers complete day of coordination for brides who have every detail already set, but need someone to help manage vendors, set up, and ensure the wedding day runs smoothly. Additionally, we offer separate ceremony only or reception only day of coordination packages for brides on a budget.

Unlimited communication via phone & email
Confirm vendors based on the contracts you have with them
Day of timeline, to ensure nothing is short of perfect
Seating chart assistance & last minute assistance with changes
Complete set up to ensure your vision is being executed to perfection
Room presentation prior to reception start
Ensure you remain happy, on time, and stress free the entire day
Final collection of all materials at the end of the night: guestbook, cake topper, toasting flutes, etc
Month Of Coordination
Month of coordination is catered to brides in need of assistance with planning some aspects of their wedding. Additionally, this package is also for brides who have most wedding details set, but need help pulling certain details together, and/or finding vendors. Month of includes full day of coordination.

An additional in person meetings leading up to your wedding, including a final walkthrough at your venue
Vendor hiring assistance of up to three vendors of your choice
Budget Assistance
Personalized itinerary and to do list leading up to the wedding

Out of town guest assistance, whether it be coordinating your hotel blocks and/or out of town bags
Help maintain a cohesive feel in your reception from pulling from your invitations and stationary

Full Service
Our full service package typically suits brides who are at the beginning of their planning process, or are getting married and have next to nothing planned. Every wedding is unique, therefore most of our full service packages are custom designed for each couple based on their individual needs.

Unlimited in person meetings
Unlimited vendor referrals, contractual review, negotiation, & vendor management. We will also arrange vendor appointments and accompany you when necessary
Full budget development & management, including monthly updates and personalized "to-do" lists delivered to your inbox.
RSVP tracking and follow up with non-responders
Personal guest wedding website
